Wikis

What makes kablink wikis special? They work in tandem with other types of kablink features, each of which is best suited to a different dimension of team collaboration.

Embedding graphics

Wikis, like many other folder entries, support embedded graphics. An image of the graphic appears in the wiki entry itself; the actual graphic resides in an attachment to the entry.

Linking wikis

You can link from any word or phrase in the wiki to any other entry in kablink.
To create a link, highlight the hot spot and type any part of the name of the target entry.

Marking up wikis

To create links between wiki pages, you can either:

Place brackets around the text you want to be the ‘hot spot’.
- Click on the kablink icon in the editor.

Managing wikis

Activity reports list all visitors to the wiki, indicating the number of times each has visited, added to, edited, or deleted content.
Edit histories give the date and time of each change and show the differences between any two versions of the document.

Navigating wikis

Type a few letters of the wiki content to find any wiki page.
Find out which pages haven’t been read since they were last edited.
