A place for everything. Put all your related content into a single ICEcore file folder. Or multiple folders. There’s no duplication because the file actually resides in only one place, in ICEcore, on a WebDAV server, or on your own PC.

File Folders
If you spot an iceberg, you’re only seeing about a fifth of what’s really there. Think of ICEcore as what’s below the water. As you create and collaborate, ICEcore brings the content of folders up to the surface just when you need it.

ICEcore folders are much more than buckets … they are smart buckets. When you create a new folder, ICEcore provides unique capabilities to suit its contents: blogs, discussions, calendars, guestbooks, files, milestones, photos, surveys, tasks, wikis.

Folder Tags

Tags allow ICEcore users to create connections across projects and teams, maximizing the effectiveness of the social network. For example:

  • There may be whitepapers on a particular topic in folders throughout ICEcore. Tagging makes it possible to call them all up by topic, regardless of where they reside.
  • In the same way, you can tag blogs, wikis, files, photos, and discussions to provide fodder for efforts such as positioning, PR, or a user conference.
  • ICEcore allows users to create tags for both personal and community use.
